Amenities

Each townhome includes a private attached garage and private driveway for resident parking. Resident vehicles must be parked in their assigned garage or driveway. There is no additional resident parking available within the community. Guests may park in the resident's private driveway while visiting. There is no designated guest parking within the community. Parking in another resident's driveway, fire lanes, ADA-accessible spaces without a valid permit, landscaped areas, or any other restricted locations is prohibited. All vehicles must be operational, currently registered, and in compliance with state laws. Abandoned vehicles, vehicles with expired registration, inoperable vehicles, boats, RVs, trailers, campers, commercial vehicles, and recreational vehicles are not permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been obtained from management. Vehicle repairs and maintenance are not permitted anywhere on the property, including garages and driveways. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense in accordance with Oregon law and community policies. Management reserves the right to interpret, enforce, and update parking policies as necessary to ensure the safety, accessibility, and enjoyment of the community.
